Why this work — and why me

I’m a clinician with over 30 years of experience helping people better understand pain, tension, movement, and the patterns their bodies carry.

Over the years, I’ve worked with men and women of many backgrounds, and more recently my work has become especially focused on supporting women in releasing chronic tension, moving with greater ease, and feeling more at home in their bodies.

What I’ve seen again and again is that many women do not need more pressure, more force, or another rigid plan to follow. They need thoughtful, body-based support that helps them listen to their bodies, soften what they’ve been carrying, and create change in a way that feels gentler and more sustainable.
